Who’s Driving? App Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Who’s Driving? is provided by Lisa J. Smith. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Your journal and reflections

Your journal entries, daily check ins, practice progress, and personal plans are stored locally on your device. The app does not send this content to Lisa J. Smith or RevenueCat, and it does not provide automatic journal syncing between devices.

Your device’s backup settings may include app data. Your journal is not a separate encrypted vault. Protect your device and any exported copies.

Purchases

The app uses Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat to process purchases, verify access to paid content, and restore purchases.

RevenueCat processes purchase records, transaction identifiers, an automatically generated app user identifier, and technical information such as device type, operating system, and app activity related to its purchase service.

This information supports purchase verification, restoration, troubleshooting, and operation of the purchase service. You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to use the app.

Apple handles payment details. Lisa J. Smith does not receive your full payment card information.

Exporting and deleting your information

You may export your journal using the app’s export feature. When you choose a destination or another app for an export, that service’s privacy practices apply.

You may delete individual journal entries or use the app’s data deletion option to remove locally saved entries and practice progress. Deleting local data does not delete previously exported files, device backups, or transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat.

Advertising

The app does not display third party advertisements or use your journal content for advertising. We do not sell your personal information or use it for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

Support

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and your support message. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive journal content unless you choose to share it.

Service providers and retention

Purchase information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to provide their services. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

We retain support correspondence and purchase related information as needed to provide support, maintain purchase access, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Contact us to make a request. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support or another communication, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its information practices change. The effective date above will reflect the latest update.
